cooking in a sun oven has been a revelation to me. why use electric or gas for cooking, especially in summer when sunlight is plentiful and the prospect of heating up the kitchen daunting? the recipes i post here are all experiments, and are intended mostly for inspirational purposes...i hope that if you try them, you'll feel free to modify the ingredients according to your preferences, and what you have on hand. i don't eat gluten or dairy, but if you do, please augment as you like!
